We praise ourselves for working hard, for working out hard, but not for resting hard. Dimitra helped me do that in this workshop. Rested and reset!

This class is just what I need every week, the minutes fly by with Dimitra’s format and you get some great benefits from taking this class, the myofascial release part of class really helps open up your hips and lower back. Keep up the great work!
