For many yogis, arm balances can seem a little scary and completely unattainable. They do, in fact, require lots of core strength, balance and focus. But don’t write them off just yet! Remember, it’s called a yoga “practice” for a reason.
Whether you are still working on getting into crow pose or if you want to discover new variations, Kari will set you up for success. By breaking the pose down into it’s basic elements, you will discover the ingredients to add together and focus on the practice. These ingredients create an “imprint,” or muscle memory, for your body in a less demanding version of the peak pose.
This is open to members and non-members and is a workshop for all levels… so if you’ve never done crow before we can get you there and if you can handstand with the best of them, we can work your foundation and still challenge you. Engage your core, stare and BREATHE!
