For many yogis, arm balances can seem a little scary and completely unattainable. They do, in fact, require lots of core strength, balance and focus. But wait! Don’t write them off just yet! Remember, it’s called a yoga “practice” for a reason.
As with many aspects of yoga, the ability to nail arm balances will come with time, patience and, yes, practice, practice, practice. Here we’ll focus on just a few things that will lead you to adding arm balances into your own practice.
This is a workshop for all levels, so if you’ve never done crow before we can get you there and if you can handstand with the best of them, we can work your foundation and still challenge you.
