Are you looking for natural alternatives to achieve your health goals?

Essential oils could help you sooth sore muscles, improve sleep, reduce hormonal fluctuations, boost your immune system and curb food cravings.

Like yoga, oils assist us in balancing our body, mind and spirit. Essential oils have a large array of uses – aromatically, topically and internally. They have been used throughout history in many cultures for their medicinal and therapeutic benefits.

Dimitra and Kari will introduce you to the more popular oils, explain their benefits and how to use them. This informational session is open to ALL. You do not have to be a current member of Dimitra YOGA to attend. Please register in advance, space is limited.
