Attuning oneself to the phases of the moon is an opportunity to reflect inward and a powerful touchstone for setting intentions.
Join us for our Blue Moon Yoga Flow, where you’ll experience the power of personal intention leaving you in harmony with the natural energies of the Hunters Moon high in the late October sky. Listen to the soft waves from the bay (via speaker) as we find balance in the changing season. This is the time of the year where we decide where to direct our energies before the long winter rest.
Connect to the rhythm of the moon as we move through soft flowing moon salutations, ending with some calming yoga Nidra. Our meditation will focus on rooting out our deepest desires and self-care as we move into the cooler months.
Class takes place in our Lewes studio, located at 17437 Ocean One Plaza, near Five Points. Please plan to arrive by 5:45 to find your place and settle in. Bring your yoga mat, water, a journal /pen and any additional props you’d like to use to be most comfortable (blankets,bolsters,blocks). For safety reasons, we cannot loan our props or mats. Masks must be worn unless you are on your yoga mat. All levels of yoga experience welcome. Pre-registration is necessary. Space is limited to observe proper social distancing.
