Attuning oneself to the phases of the moon is an opportunity to reflect inward and a powerful touchstone for setting intentions.
Join us for our Blue Moon Yoga Flow, where you’ll experience the power of personal intention leaving you in harmony with the natural energies of the Hunters Moon high in the late October sky. Listen to the soft waves from the bay as we find balance in the changing season. This is the time of the year where we decide where to direct our energies before the long winter rest.
Connect to the rhythm of the moon as we move through soft flowing moon salutations, ending with some calming yoga Nidra. Our meditation will focus on rooting out our deepest desires and self-care as we move into the cooler months.
Bring a towel or blanket, water and journal / pen. Feel free to bring props (such as an extra towel/blanket or a block). It gets chilly after the sun sets, so plan to bundle up / layer if needed with an extra blanket or a cozy sweater.
Class takes place on Lewes public beach #1, located at the end of Savannah, just down from the DQ. Please plan to arrive by 5:45 to find your place and settle in. Bring a towel / blanket (and even an extra one or a block for more comfort), a journal /pen and water. Also bring any crystals you’d like to charge, and good intentions!
