How often are you breathing? I mean, actually breathing. Deep, mindful, belly breaths that truly oxygenate your entire being? Likely it’s not as often as you think. In fact, many of us go about our busy schedules and it’s almost as if we don’t have time to truly, deeply, BREATHE!
Once you tap into harnessing the power of your breath, the results can be breathtakingly awakening.
In this Introduction to Breathwork, Terri will teach you the benefits & how to practice Square Breathing, Ujjayi Breathing, Three Part Breathing, Kapalabhati Breathing, and Alternate Nostril Breathing. You will also be taught when and how to incorporate it into your meditation & yoga practice.
You can choose to attend this special class IRL (In Real Life) at our Lewes studio – or – VIRTUALLY (via Zoom) from your home.
Open to members + non-members.
Space is limited for IRL. Pre-registration is required. Masks must be worn inside the studio.
Virtual participants should download Zoom to the device they will use before the class. 30 minutes before the class begins, a unique link will be emailed so you can join the IRL group and instructor in the studio.
