Want to meditate but just don’t know how?

You’ve likely read the health benefits, so come discover them for yourself! Research on meditation has shown significant improvements in mental health, memory, concentration and productivity. Scientists have also found significant benefits for medical conditions such as heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, cancer and immunity.

This workshop will teach you the basics of meditation in a fun, relaxed way. Calm your busy mind, learn what “mindfulness” means, and explore how adding meditation can open up a path to better health, reduced stress and maybe even allow you to gain some clarity in your life.

All you need to bring is yourself, your breath and an open mind. This workshop is open to all, no meditation or yoga experience is required.

Investment:
$35 per person when enrolled after 2/3
$30 per person when enrolled before 2/3
$25 per person for Annual + Autopay Members
