This workshop will teach you the basics of meditation in a fun, relaxed way. Calm your busy mind, learn what “mindfulness” means, and explore how adding meditation can open up a path to better health, reduced stress and maybe even allow you to gain some clarity in your life.
All you need to bring is yourself, your breath and an open mind. This workshop is open to all, no meditation or yoga experience is required.
