Kari will help you face your fears and teach you how to build a safe, strong foundation to change your perspective (literally!) on headstand and forearm stand.
This is a workshop for all levels, no inversion experience is necessary. If you can handstand with the best of them, we can work your foundation and still challenge you. This is where you come to learn – or perfect – your inversion poses. Members and non-members welcome!
