Would you like to learn the power meditation can have in your life?

Research on meditation has shown significant improvements in mental health, memory, concentration and productivity.

Scientists have also found significant benefits for medical conditions such as heart disease, cholesterol, high blood pressure, insomnia, chronic pain, cancer and immunity.

 

This workshop will teach you the basics of meditation in a fun, relaxed way. We will explore several techniques and discover which one is right for you so that you can invite in greater peace and happiness.

Calm your busy mind, learn what that buzzword “Mindfulness” means. Explore how adding meditation can open up a path to better health, reduced stress and maybe even allow you to gain some clarity in your life.

It’s easy, accessible and calming. All you need to bring is yourself, your breath and an open mind. This workshop is excellent for everyone, no yoga experience is required.

Investment:

$35 for annual + auto-pay members
