The new moon is time for a fresh start, a time when you can regain your strength to begin again.
Recharge under the energy of the new moon. Join us for a moving meditation with a gentle yoga flow, concluding with restorative yoga. Our intention will be going inward and allowing ourselves space to focus on positive influences. We will tap into the time when the moon is dark in the sky and shift away from negative into positive, mentally throwing unwanted thoughts away.
Class takes place on Lewes public beach #1, located at the end of Savannah, just down from the DQ. Please plan to arrive by 6:45 to find your place and settle in. Bring a towel / blanket (and even an extra one or a block for more comfort), a journal /pen and water.
All levels of yoga experience welcome.
