Please join Lisa for this all levels yoga workshop exploring perception, reception and awareness of the subtle inner practice of sensing. You will feel the way that connective tissue, fascia, can change thru gentle movement.
We will begin with a visualization meditation to tap into our own inner wisdom, activate our natural healing, our wholeness. This is a wonderful tool for those seeking relaxation, sensory awareness, or avenues of introspection.
All movement is breath-centered, grounded to to the earth, a way to gather the mind into the present moment. Movement is gentle, slow, mindful – a feeling of ease instead of effort. Perception of subtle changes, receptive to feeling and awareness of our own personal patterning. There is no right or wrong way to move, but rather we will explore movement as it speaks from within. With the use of gravity and breath, we can begin to move patterns of resistance out of the body.
Lisa will touch on several fascial lines, rebalance symmetry on both sides of the body, and take moments of pause to linger in the felt sensory experience. Our two hour workshop will end with a spacious, restorative posture.
