This is a good yoga practice for anyone who has a hard time slowing down, who has experienced insomnia or who struggles with anxiety. Due to the numerous props we use for this workshop, the number of participants is limited. Enroll early to reserve your spot!
We suggest you dress in layers, as your body temperature drops in the meditative state. Socks, long sleeve shirts, and full-length pants are recommended for this quieting practice.
