We all have a body. We all breathe. We all have a conscious mind, a subconscious, and the ability to feel bliss. And all of those aspects of ourselves need care so they don’t go imbalanced. In yoga we call them the five koshas. Come explore, understand, and balance these parts of our system.
You can choose to attend in-person or virtually (via Zoom). *In-person spots are limited for social distancing and masks must be worn. Pre-registration is necessary. All levels welcome.
Bring your own yoga mat, water, 2 blocks and a blanket.
If you would like to purchase any props from us, we have new a gently used ones for sale at the studio. Bundle with 2 blocks + 1 blanket (both gently used) is just $20.

> Virtual participants should download Zoom to the device they will use before the class. 30 minutes before the class begins, a unique link will be emailed so you can join the IRL group and instructor in the studio.
