Sun Salutations & Chaturangas are fundamental to any flow class, yet something many of us have never perfected.
This two hour workshop will be lead by Dimitra Kotanides. We will focus on alignment, accessing the postures safely without straining wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck or back, and how to build strength in these transitional movements.
We will play with Sun A , B & C, but also add a few variations & twists!
You will leave with a strong foundation of these essential vinyasa movements & be ready to ignite your practice.
