Sun Salutations are fundamental to any flow class, yet something many of us have never perfected.
Marina will show you how to build strength in these transitional movements, focusing on alignment, accessing the postures safely without straining wrists, elbows, shoulders, neck or back. We will play with Sun A , B & C, but also add a few variations & twists! You will leave with a strong foundation of these essential vinyasa movements & be ready to ignite your practice.
This workshop is for yogis of all levels. Bring your own yoga mat, water and 2 blocks. If you would like to purchase any props from us, we have new and gently used ones for sale at the studio.
