Are there yoga poses that you’ve wanted to explore, but not enough time to do so during a class?
Maybe you just need a bit of guidance – sometimes one simple cue from the instructor can do it! Other times, it’s a matter of learning it from the bottom up and practicing it over and over.
We’ve designed YOGA LAB to help you do this. Each month we explore a small group of similar postures. We will break down a few more adventures poses, such as arm balances, back bends, inversions or tricky transitions. In this workshop style class you may ask questions, see demonstrations, receive adjustments, learn modifications for your body, and learn the key actions and key alignment principles.
Our first YOGA LAB will be working on compass, elephant trunk and 8 angle pose. While these may be more advanced poses, this workshop is designed for all levels; for anyone who is ready to learn and play! Open to members and non-members.
