3-day Food Record Diet Analysis

This can be a stand-alone service or included as part of our 4-part Wellness Tune Up Exploration Program.

When used as a solo service, Emily provides instructions on how to record your food intake over the course of 3 days. Once your record is complete, you send it back to Emily. She analyzes your diet to determine macro- and micronutrient intake. She then meets with you for a 30-minute session where you receive personalized tips and recommendations for meal and snack ideas that fit your lifestyle.

4 x 1-hour Wellness Consultations

During these sessions, Emily gets to know you by discussing your current and past habits, diet, and medical concerns, as well as your current health goals and expectations for the future. She lets you know how best to modify your diet and lifestyle to meet your wellness goals. This package of four 1-hour sessions allows for you to have accountability and check-ins to discuss your progress, make adjustments, and receive recommendations so that your wellness changes are sustainable. 

4 x 1-hour Package $250

Wellness Tune-Up Exploration Program

This 4-part program allows us to get to know you, your habits and preferences, then create a nutrition program for you that will help you achieve your wellness goals.

You book a 30-minute Intro Counseling session first, then work with Emily to schedule the remaining sessions at a time that suits you.

Step 1: Wellness Tune Up Exploration

30-minute Intro Counseling Session

This initial session allows Emily to get to know you. She presents and discusses in detail the personalized program she has developed for you. She asks you to share current and past habits, diet, and medical concerns, as well as your current health goals and expectations for the future. You receive any relevant paperwork or assignments. You also receive instructions on a Food Record assignment which helps us understand how best to modify the diet to meet your goals.

Step 2: Wellness Tune Up Exploration Program

3-day Food Record Diet Analysis

After you have completed your 3-day Food Record, Emily analyzes your diet to determine macro- and micronutrient intake.

Step 3: Wellness Tune Up Exploration Program

1-hour Wellness Planning Session

During this session, Emily reviews your 3-day food record in detail. We revisit or recreate your wellness goals and determine practical ways to achieve those goals. Emily develops personalized tips and recommendations for meal and snack ideas that fit your lifestyle.

Step 4: Wellness Tune Up Exploration Program

4 x 30-minute Follow-up Wellness Sessions

In the first of these four sessions, we discuss the results of your diet analysis. We go over recommendations to improve diet and meet your health goals. At each follow up session, we check in on your goals, address any questions or concerns, and determine how to make wellness changes sustainable. These sessions can be weekly or bi-weekly as desired.
