Learn the stages of yoga nidra and experience the benefits of the practice firsthand.
Yoga nidra is known as “yogic sleep” and provides us with awesome health benefits like decreasing stress, boosting immunity, and balancing our nervous systems. In our time together we will learn about the five koshas and the steps involved in this ancient practice. This is perfect for this time of year, since the season of fall encourages us to rest and refresh and that is exactly what we will do!

- Option 1 – IRL (In Real Life!) at dimitraYOGA, Lewes, located at 17437 Ocean One Plaza, Suite 1. Space is limited, so please enroll early.
- Option 2 – Virtual via Zoom. In this case, a link will be sent to your email about 30 minutes before the workshop begins.
