Help yourself to a massage!
Although it’s no substitute for a professional massage with a trained therapist, you might be surprised at how much you can actually do for yourself!
The techniques learned in this workshop will help to ease tension, promote blood flow, and allow you to experience a heightened sense of physical and emotional wellbeing. Literally take your healing into your own hands as you are guided through a serious of gentle yoga stretches combined with specific massage techniques designed to target common aches and pains.

This special workshop is led by Kari Neitert, a licensed massage therapist and registered yoga instructor, who has tested and used these techniques in her own practices.

> Space is limited for IRL. Pre-registration is required. Masks must be worn inside the studio. Please bring your own yoga mat and any props you’d like to use, as we cannot loan out ours at this time.
> Virtual participants should download Zoom to the device they will use before the class. 30 minutes before the class begins, a unique link will be emailed so you can join the IRL group and instructor in the studio.
