Gentle Yoga + Meditation + Calming Practices
If you are feeling residual stress from the past year, this will be the perfect class to release built-up tension. Maybe you are ready to get back into the studio but want to start out slow. If so, this class is for you. Of course, we will be offering the class on Zoom as well with tips to ease your way back in when you are ready.
We will begin with simple yoga poses, breathing exercises, and other stress-reduction techniques to bring calmness to the mind. You will learn yoga postures, breathing exercises, and mindfulness techniques to use in moments of stress + discover grounding practices to bring calm into your life.
You can choose to attend this special class IRL (In Real Life) at our Lewes studio – or – VIRTUALLY (via Zoom) from your home.
Open to members + non-members.
Space is limited for IRL. Pre-registration is required. Masks must be worn inside the studio.
Virtual participants should download Zoom to the device they will use before the class. 30 minutes before the class begins, a unique link will be emailed so you can join the IRL group and instructor in the studio.
